Do you take custom orders? Yes, we love them! Use our Request a Custom Order page to tell us what you have in mind, like colors, names or quantities. We'll get back to you with details and pricing.

Where does the money from awareness bracelets go? Proceeds from select awareness bracelets go to the specific local nonprofit or Iowa family named on each product page. So far we've given close to $3,000 to causes like veteran PTSD support, foster care, and adoption advocacy.

Are your shirts and sweatshirts handmade? Our shirts, sweatshirts, totes and drinkware are designed by us and printed to order. Our bracelets and our hand-knitted and crocheted items are handmade right here in Parkersburg, Iowa.

How long will my order take to arrive? Hand-knitted items in our Ready to Ship collection go out quickly. Print-to-order items like shirts and sweatshirts take a little longer because they're made after you order. Our Shipping Policy page has the full details.

Do you offer a discount for first-time customers? Yes! Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order of $15 or more.
